Damien Hennessy
Investment Director

Damien leads the Portfolio Solutions and Asset Allocation teams to deliver their suite of services to clients. He is also responsible for providing investment strategy and dynamic asset allocation services to Zenith’s advice and private wealth clients. In 2003, he co-founded Heuristic Investment Systems (Heuristics) which provided investment strategy, economic analysis and asset allocation research and advice to fund managers, industry funds, wealth managers, asset consultants and financial planning groups. In March 2021, Heuristics became part of the Zenith Group.
Previously, Damien was Chief Investment Officer with HSBC Asset Management Australia, where he spent 10 years overseeing investment strategy, asset allocation and managing fixed interest and currency portfolios. He has over 30 years’ experience in funds management, economics and finance and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Melbourne and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Andrew Yap
Head of Portfolio Solutions

Andrew is the Head of Portfolio Solutions, joining the team in July 2025 to lead the construction and delivery of its managed account portfolios to advice clients. Prior to this, Andrew was the Head of Multi Asset & Australian Fixed Income of Zenith's Investment Research team. In this role he managed multi-asset, real return and Australian fixed income research for the business and has in-depth knowledge across a broad range of asset classes. With over 20 years’ industry experience spanning research, consulting, financial advice, audit and management accounting, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.
Previously, Andrew was Associate Director and Head of Multi-Asset in Standard and Poor’s Funds Management Research Division, where his responsibilities included equities and fixed interest. Previous positions include Consultant, PPB Advisory and Senior Research Manager, Pitcher Partners.
Andrew also contributes time as an Industry Fellow and Lecturer at Monash University and is Director with one of Melbourne’s leading independent schools.

Calvin Richardson
Senior Investment Consultant
Calvin joined Zenith in July 2020 in the Portfolio Solutions team where he is responsible for asset class research, portfolio construction and client relationship management.
Most recently, Calvin worked as an Investment Analyst at Lonsec within the managed funds research team. In this role, Calvin’s primary responsibility involved assessing a range of financial products across both quantitative and qualitative metrics and writing detailed research reports.
Calvin is currently a Lecturer at Kaplan Business School and brings prior experience working in private wealth. Calvin is a CIMA® certificate, holds a Master of Business (Finance), a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Martin Kofoed
Senior Investment Consultant
Martin joined Zenith in September 2020 as part of the Portfolio Solutions team, where he oversees asset class and fund research, portfolio construction, and client relationship management.
Before joining Zenith, Martin spent over five years at Pitcher Partners Investment Services where he was responsible for providing investment advisory, financial planning, investment management and portfolio administration services to private clients, family groups and not-for-profit organisations.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Deakin University. Additionally, he has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning and holds the RG146 qualification.

Nicolas Tremel
Macro Strategist
Nicolas Tremel is the Asset Allocation Specialist Director, located in London. He supports our global investment teams, specialising in forecasting macroeconomic cycles and developing alpha-generating strategies. He brings deep expertise in economic research and asset allocation, having held strategist roles at Kepler Cheuvreux, a leading European research broker, and at Macrobond, a provider of advanced macroeconomic data solutions.
Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Sciences-Po Paris. He is also a Chartered International Investment Analyst (CIIA).

Ethan Xing
Portfolio Manager - Asset Allocation
Ethan joined Zenith in May 2024 in the Portfolio Solutions team where he is responsible for portfolio design, asset allocation strategies, portfolio construction and incorporating top-down views into portfolio positioning.
Prior to joining Zenith, Ethan worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at AustralianSuper within the Asset Allocation team. In this role, Ethan’s primary responsibility involved conducting thematic and strategy research, developing capital market assumption models and portfolio management. Previously, Ethan worked at a local consulting firm providing asset allocation advice for small institutional investors, foundations and wealth management firms.
Ethan is a CFA charter holder and holds a Master of Actuarial Studies from Australian National University.

Conor Ryan
Investment Consultant - Asset Allocation
Conor joined Zenith in 2020 in the Portfolio Solutions team, where he is responsible for asset class research, portfolio construction, and client relationship management.
Conor is an Investment Consultant, specialising in quantitative research and portfolio management. In this role, Conor's primary responsibilities involved leveraging analytical tools to drive strategic financial decisions and optimise portfolio performance. He’s developed a keen interest in using economic data as an indicator of large-scale human psychology and a reflection of mindsets and behavioural patterns.
Conor went to Monash University and studied a Bachelor of Specialist Commerce and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Economics and Insurance, and Finance Mathematics.

Darryl Ding
Investment Consultant
Darryl is an Investment Consultant with the Portfolio Solutions team. Prior to this role, he was an Investment Analyst with Zenith's Research team supporting the research program covering fixed income, real assets and multi-assets. Previously, he worked in a variety of roles with NAB including Associate – Risk Performance, where he supported the management of both credit and portfolio risk, and Associate – Unit Pricing, where
he provided investment support to superannuation and fund manager clients.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne and a Master of Applied Finance from Monash Business School.

Ze Wang
Investment Consultant
Ze is an Investment Consultant with the Portfolio Solutions team, joining from Zenith's Research team where he was an Investment Analyst covering Australian and global equities. Prior to joining Zenith, he worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Shadforth where he assisted with the implementation of investment and superannuation strategies for retail and SMSF clients.
Ze holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from The University of Melbourne.

Sara Nguyen
Senior Analyst – Investment Risk & Governance
Sara joined Zenith in October 2018 and now leads the Investment Risk & Governance team. Sara’s responsibilities involve supporting the Portfolio Solutions team with a focus on managed account risk analysis, operations, trading, and platform governance.
Harnessing her capabilities, Sara has worked on the Portfolio Solutions, Client Services, and Data teams in her tenure at Zenith. She previously worked at DFS Advisory Services as part of the advisory and portfolio teams for over 6 years and has extensive experience in the financial services sector, knowledge in managed funds, super funds, and investment management.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Economics & Finance (Applied) Degree from RMIT University.

Danielle Latter
Legal & Compliance Administrator
Danielle joined Zenith Investment Partners in 2025 as a Legal & Compliance Administrator, where she supports the firm’s legal, risk and governance framework across its investment and operational activities.
Before joining Zenith, Danielle worked at Drummond Capital Partners in an office support capacity, gaining exposure to the operations of a boutique investment firm. She also competed as an elite athlete with the Victorian Institute of Sport, where she developed a strong foundation in discipline, resilience and high-performance culture.
Danielle is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University.

Cecile Leano
Investment Support Officer
Cecille is a member of Zenith’s Portfolio Solutions team, supporting data management, client reporting and portfolio maintenance. She brings experience in data quality and reporting, with a strong focus on delivering accurate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Cecille holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

Glenn Boyes

Glenn Boyes is the Head of Sales, representing the combined capabilities of Zenith Investment Partners and FE fundinfo to advisers, fund managers and technology partners. Based in the Melbourne office, Glenn is responsible for an expanding team across the country.
Glenn initially joined the firm in August 2022 as head of sales for FE fundinfo’s technology and fund manager service offerings in Australia. Prior to this, he spent 15 years at IRESS in a range of roles including head of advice - Australia, general manager - wealth and advice solutions, and in business development. He also has experience working as a Certified Financial Planner.

Scott Garner
Head of Managed Account Sales

Scott leads Zenith’s Managed Account Sales function, working closely with financial advisers to deliver tailored investment research, portfolio consulting, and managed account solutions that support their practice and client outcomes.
He brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, having held senior distribution roles at Colonial First State (CFS) and BT Financial Group. During his seven years at CFS, Scott progressed from Business Development Manager in NSW/ACT to Strategic Account Manager, where he was instrumental in driving growth across platforms, funds management, and managed account offerings. Earlier in his career, he supported adviser relationships across NSW/ACT at BT Financial Group as a Business Development Officer.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance from the University of Western Sydney and is passionate about helping advisers leverage managed accounts to build more efficient, scalable advice businesses.

Kyla Agustin
Business Development Manager - VIC, TAS

Kyla is responsible for developing and servicing the core service offering in Victoria and Tasmania, including its growing range of managed account solutions.
Kyla is an accomplished financial planning and advice professional with over 18 years of experience. She joins Zenith from Zurich and OnePath Insurance, where she was a BDM from 2019 to 2023. Before that, she was a commercial financial planner with ANZ Financial Planning for more than five years, a senior adviser with Perpetual and a financial adviser with JBWere.
She is FASEA certified and holds a graduate diploma of financial planning from Kaplan Professional. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University.

Alex Mackinnon

Alex brings almost 15 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing across both financial services and the not-for-profit sector. At Zenith, he leverages his deep understanding of client engagement and strategic growth to support adviser relationships and drive business outcomes.
Prior to joining Zenith, Alex spent five years in the not-for-profit sector, where he led initiatives in sales, training and marketing, gaining valuable insights into stakeholder engagement and purpose-driven communication. Earlier in his career, he held business development roles across a diverse range of financial services firms including Schroders Investment Management, CommSec Adviser Services and Colonial First State.
