These terms and conditions form an agreement between You and Zenith Investment Partners ABN 27 103 132 672 (“We”, “Us”, “Our”,”Zenith”) in relation to the Zenith Investment Partners Adviser Exchange at Werribee Mansion between 1 September and 2 September 2026 (“the Event”) This Event is organised exclusively for holders of an AFSL, Authorised Representatives and their duly qualified employee (“AFSL holders”). Non-AFSL holders may attend only at Zenith’s discretion, subject to approval.
By registering for the Event, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any venue requirements or lawful directions given by authorised personnel.
Cancellations, substitutions and transfers
Zenith may alter any published program, change dates, venues, session times, speakers, social functions or other Event details, or substitute services without notice where reasonably necessary. Zenith will use reasonable endeavours to provide suitable alternatives where possible, but cannot guarantee speaker papers or other materials will be provided.
Travel arrangements are at your own risk. Zenith is not liable for travel or related expenses except to the minimum extent required by law. Zenith recommends arranging flexible travel and considering appropriate insurance for cancellation, interruption, baggage and personal injury risks.
Zenith is committed to providing a safe, productive and welcoming environment for all participants, including attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, staff and service providers. Participants must act professionally, respectfully and lawfully, and must not engage in discrimination, harassment, intimidation, abuse, unwanted physical contact, threatening conduct or behaviour that risks the health or safety of others.
Participants must be respectful towards speakers and others expressing their opinions, avoid disrupting program content, comply with all reasonable directions from Zenith, venue staff and authorised contractors, including in relation to smoking, designated smoking areas, and drinking responsibly where alcohol is served. Zenith and venue staff may deny service, refuse entry, remove a participant from the Event or prohibit future attendance where Zenith considers it necessary and appropriate.
Where Zenith organises additional activities for Participants including the Race Around the Zoo, all Participants must adhere to the relevant rules in relation to the specific activity in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Attendees should report any questionable or concerning activity to Zenith or relevant venue staff. This conduct section supplements Zenith’s Code of Conduct and these Event Terms and Conditions.
By registering for or attending the Event, you acknowledge that photographs may be taken during the Event. Zenith may use these photographs for communications, marketing and promotional purposes without compensation to you. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed should let the photographer know. Personal photography or filming is permitted only where it is not disruptive, intrusive or in breach of privacy or intellectual property rights, and where the subject consents and is not to be publicly distributed without Zenith’s written consent.
Zenith manages personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Personal information collected during registration and the Event is used for Event logistics, administration and communications. Attendee contact details may be provided to Event partners for one post-Event email unless Event-specific terms state otherwise.
The provision of training material by Zenith does not constitute an acceptance of responsibility for the professional standards obligations of any financial services professional. Any person completing the training is responsible at all times for ensuring they have appropriate authorisations and qualifications.
To the extent permitted by law, Zenith is not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, travel expenses, loss of enjoyment, lost profit, lost opportunity or indirect or consequential loss arising from or connected with the Event, except to the extent directly caused by Zenith’s gross negligence or as otherwise required by law.
Any statutory liability that cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted by law, to replacement or repair of goods, resupply of services or the cost of replacement, repair or resupply. Zenith’s total liability for any other loss is limited to the amount actually paid in connection with the relevant Event registration.
Goods and services connected with the Event may be supplied by independent contractors, including venues, accommodation providers, transport providers, caterers, audiovisual providers, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors. Zenith is not responsible for the acts, omissions, statements or materials of independent suppliers, attendees, speakers, exhibitors or sponsors.
You indemnify Zenith against losses, costs and expenses arising wholly or partly from your act or omission, breach of these terms, breach of venue requirements, negligence or unlawful conduct, except to the extent directly caused by Zenith’s negligence.
Copyright on the Zenith website and in the information available in relation to the Event is owned or licensed by the Zenith. Other than where necessary to view material on your browser, or as permitted under the Copyright Act, 1968 (Commonwealth) (as amended) or any applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions, no material on the Zenith website or provided in relation to the Event may be reproduced, adapted, uploaded to a third party, linked to, framed, presented in public, distributed or transmitted in any form by any process, without the specific written consent of Zenith. This includes use of the Zenith Investment Partners logo and investment rating logos.
Zenith is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health requirements, venue unavailability or other circumstances that make the Event impracticable, unsafe or unlawful. Zenith will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative where appropriate.
Zenith may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Zenith website. By continuing to engage with Zenith or attend the Event after publication, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia.
