BA, Dip FP, PGDipMgmt, MBA
Grant is the Group Head of Research at Zenith Investment Partners, responsible for leading the delivery and expansion of the combined investment and superannuation fund research programs for financial advisers and platforms across Australia.
Grant brings extensive experience in asset management, investment research, and consulting, having worked both in Australia and internationally.
Prior to joining Zenith, Grant was the Global Head of Manager Selection at Morningstar, where he oversaw the development of investment solutions across asset classes. He also spent over a decade at Lonsec, holding senior roles such as General Manager of Research and Head of Managed Funds Research.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, a Diploma of Financial Planning, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Melbourne Business School, and an MBA from Deakin University. He is based in Zenith’s Melbourne office, where he leads a team of 20 experienced analysts across the Zenith and Chant West brands.

Dugald is Head of Responsible Investment & Real Assets for the broader Zenith Group. He has overall responsibility for the development and incorporation of key services across Zenith's and Chant West's investment and super fund research, portfolio solutions and corporate divisions regarding responsible investment practices, including the Group's own activities as a corporate citizen. He is also Chair of the Group's Responsible Investment Committee and a member of the FE fundinfo global ESG Committee. Dug also is the Sector Head for Real Assets, with 24 years of experience in private market real estate, infrastructure and natural capital.
MAppFin, BCom (Acc&Fin), BEc & Associate AICD
With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Mano has been a senior member of Chant West’s research team for over 15 years.
Mano is responsible for setting Chant West’s investment research agenda, leading the investment ratings process and having responsibility for all investment surveys. A highly sought-after expert on investment matters relating to the super fund industry, you’ll often find Mano’s opinion and expert insights quoted in industry media news outlets.
Prior to Chant West, Mano held a range of Performance Analyst positions at State Street and Ipac. He has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Sydney and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
MAppFin, CFA, BCom
Quan is the Head of Equities and is responsible for global and Australian equities related investment products.
Prior to joining Zenith, Quan was a financial markets analyst at the Portland House Group, where he was responsible for the formulation, ongoing development and implementation of global equities investment/trading strategies.
Quan has a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance from The University of Melbourne. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.
BCom, GDipAppFinInv (FINSIA)
Rodney has over 21 years’ experience in the investment management industry spanning private client advice, investment consulting, manager research and funds management.
He leads Zenith’s alternatives and global fixed interest research coverage, which includes a diverse mix of absolute return strategies and more complex unconstrained fixed income strategies.
Prior to joining Zenith, he worked with Man Group for eight years as Research Manager - Man Australia, providing direct exposure to a range of hedge fund strategies with a specialisation in managed futures. His background in financial services includes Investment Consultant at Intech Investment Consultants, followed by a Senior Investment Analyst role at IWL Limited.
